Women Making a Difference Awards 2026

Nominations are now open for our Fifth Annual Women Making A Difference Awards! In honor of Women’s History Month this year, we celebrate Orange County women “Leading the Change: Shaping a Sustainable Future.”  

Whether developing green technologies, advancing economic justice, strengthening education systems, or building civic power – women design the blueprints for sustainable transformation. This theme affirms: Shaping a sustainable future means fostering systems that support both people and the planet. 
 
Please ensure your nominee lives or works in the 5th District: Aliso Viejo, Costa Mesa, Dana Point, Irvine, Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Newport Beach, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, as well as the unincorporated areas of Coto de Caza, Emerald Bay, Ladera Ranch, Las Flores, Rancho Mission Viejo, Stonecliffe and Wagon Wheel.
